Pair of Skirt Hikers (2) & Mug/Tankard Strap

This useful set of skirt hikers shall serve well in keeping thy skirt out of the grass and mud. Gather up some fabric from the hem of your skirt to run it through the rings and avoid dirt or damage, all while having that great medieval look. The mug strap is similarly useful so that thy hands may be freed when not drinking. We use a sturdy 10-11 oz BLACK or CHESTNUT drum dyed bridle leather for this premium product that we've made for many SCA and Ren-Faire participants. They are sealed on all sides to prevent die transfer onto your attire. These are crafted from 1" straps and are very popular with the SCA, Rennie, and LARP folk.
We encourage you to compare our quality and features against the competition. Quite frankly we are offended by their price gouging.
Dark Victory Armory uses superior hardware, finish, and leather while still offering the lower price.
Options:
- Color: Your choice of Black or Chestnut. We shall assume Black if we do not hear otherwise. (Please note that this color chart is included to show contrast with our other belt colors in other listings)
- Choice of Metal - Stainless (D ring - silver color) or Solid Bronze* (D ring - Black/brown patina) or Solid Brass (D ring - gold) or Engraved Stainless BACK ring(the BACK D ring needs to be fancy to show it off when using the hikers.) The default is Steel. ** Note - We've switched to D rings on all of the rings since most of our customers prefer it a bit lighter in weight. If you'd prefer the O-ring just drop us a note and we'll make it that way.
* special note on the Bronze D ring - these were obtained from a supplier in limited quantity and are true historical findings used in Spanish Naval uniforms from over 100 years ago. When our supply is used up, that will be the last of them that we can make in bronze.
- Top Loop for belt: We make these to hang on a 1 1/2" belt however we'll cheerfully accommodate requests for wider belts for no extra charge. Just let us know what you'd like and we'll craft something to make you happy.
- Width: We use 1" wide sealed bridle leather. While we think that this is the very best size, if you'd like something different, please ask and we can see what will work best for you.
